"PalmaFit First Training Day"

The PalmaFit Team is inviting you to take part in the very first Extreme Training Day.
2 hours of quite simply the best training you'll ever do. You will have the chance to Flip tires, throw beer kegs, wrestle with sand bags and take part in a number of events that will challenge your physical and mental strength to the limits.
The Day's training program will include the following varied areas, in all areas you will learn how to perform the exercises correctly and pick up really useful tips.
- Tyre flip training
- Sand bag training
- Beer keg training
- Tyre sprint
- High repetition snatches
- The long cycle -Dumbell clean and press
- Dumbells conditioning circuits
As this is the first PalmaFit Training Day, the focus is heavily based on training and learning. Future Training Days will include competitive events similar to the areas of training in the first PalmaFit Training Day.
