Proper Nutrition is equally significant for proper growth of our physique such as sufficient physical exercise and balanced diets. Minerals: Minerals are essential for building body tissues and maintain vital functions, such as: calcium builds bones and teeth, Fluoride helps create decay-resistant teeth and maintain bone strength, iron forms hemoglobin and potassium helps muscles contract.

Water: It is highly essential to maintain water intake as it composes 60% to 70% of our body weight.
