Luis is a dynamic personal trainer with several years experience under his belt.

His training is explosive, and involves speed, agility and co-ordination, with some very unusual and inventive exercises which are highly effective,. He has a wealth of experience personally and professionally in sports, athletics and weight training.
Luis is a trainer who challenges his clients to perform to their full potential, just as he demands of himself.

This preliminary session provides a convenient setting for you to get to know me and for me to learn about your personal health and fitness history.
The consultation also presents an opportunity for us to work together to define your personal health and fitness gols.


First Session


The first session is dedicated to a comprehensive body analysis. This assessment involves:
Postural Analysis.
Endurance Test.
Flexibility Tests.
Upper Body and Lower Body Strength Tests.
Body Fat Analysis.
Blood Pressure Reading.
Core Strength Tests (including lower back, transverseabdominis and abdominal tests).
Future Sessions
From the second session onwards we will start to work on achieving your health and fitness objectives.
Your fitness programme is designed to challenge you, using both traditional and innovative exercises. As well as maximising the physical improvements, the variety of exercises makes each session both challenging and enjoyable.
Your progress will be regularly monitored every 6-8 weeks. This will help me to make sure that your programme reflects your improvements as well as helping to maintain your motivation and enthusiasm.
